A classic beef bolognese ragu mixed with macaroni pasta and then topped with a creamy bechamel sauce and grated cheese. We've snuck lots of extra healthy goodies in like carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, lentils, and sweet potatoes. Not suitable for freezing.
