A rich and flavourful tomato sauce, simmered with paprika and black olive tapenade for depth of flavour. With chickpeas, courgette, potatoes and peppers and then topped with pieces of roasted salmon, haddock and hake. This dish is perfect with some rice, bread and vegetables. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain. Not suitable for freezing.
