Our cous cous is braised with cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, chickpeas, raisins and apricots and tumbled with parsley. We top the cous cous with diced butternut squash that has been roasted in our exciting ras el hanout spice blend and olive oil. Not suitable for freezing.
