vermicelli rice noodles 6ptn
A large tray containing dried vermicelli noodles. Place the dish on a heatproof tray. Peel the corner of the lid and pour water from a boiled kettle into the tray to cover the noodles. Leave in a safe place to soften for ten minutes, and then very carefully discard the water. Use clean kitchen scissors to cut the cooked noodles to the desired length. This side dish is perfect with our coconut and squash laksa!
