This North Indian-inspired chickpea curry dish is packed full of warming flavours like ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and even amchur which is powdered mango! The chickpeas are in a tomato sauce with little bites of fresh mango too. Enjoy with rice, naan, tzatziki and pakora. Suitable for freezing.
