We gently simmer lentils and mushrooms with lots of other tasty veg and then boost the flavour with porcini, nutritional yeast and herbs to make a tasty veggie ragu which is topped with crushed potato and sweet potato- you could even add your own grated cheese if suitable to your childrens dietary requirements! Suitable for freezing
