We finally did it! We have made the perfect lasagne with our fun Nursery Kitchen twist. A slow cooked beef ragu with lots of tasty veg like onion, carrot, mushrooms, red peppers and even sweet potato! We layer the ragu with lasagne sheets and then top with creamy bechamel and a sprinkle of grated cheese- ready to be baked until golden and bubbling! Suitable for freezing.
