This comforting classic dish is packed with leeks, potatoes and onions, with lots of cheddar, italian cheese and crème fraiche. All simmered gently with black pepper, thyme, rosemary & tarragon and then topped with sheets of puff pastry and a generous extra sprinkle of cheese on top to go golden and crispy once baked. Not suitable for freezing.
